Rachel - Back From a Jog

Rachel and her trainer see sub-zero temperature as all the more reason for a long, barefoot run in no more than her regular workout gear. With a set distance to cover, Rachel has to push even harder than normal to keep her body temperature up, and finish before she suffers from hypothermia. The chilling wind sets her every nerve on fire, and as her body becomes damp from snow and sweat the effects of every cold breeze are only amplified. As she finishes, she is at the end of a run that would have made many collapse if properly dressed and in less harsh weather. Likely barely able to feel her feet, certainly able to feel the exhausted muscles. Naturally, Rachel greets her trainer with a happy smile.
